If your cable system has an On Demand feature, you may have free basketball training videos available to you. They have short (5-10 minute) video clips for various categories such as defense, drills, rebounding, etc. These are under "Sports & Fitness", and "Basketball" and under "Sportskool" (or Sports School in regular english).
This is so for Comcast, but I obviously I can't check every cable system in every city/state. YMMV...
