Pitino is back!

A 30+ win season, regular season and conference tourney championships, and then onto the Sweet 16 after two previous disappointing exits. And now onto to the Elite 8. Their season looks more and more impressive. And he says "almost as rewarding as Providence" [on this season].

Watch out Pretenders and Contenders! Rick Pitino is offically back! It took him four years but now he is back and here to stay!

And now he is in the Final 4! The first coach to take 3 teams to the Final 4 by the way.

Not only that but he is the "Godfather" as Seth Greenberg of Virginia Tech affectionately called him during one of his appearances as a guest analyst on CSTV. Godfather indeed as it is widely believed that Rick was "involved" in the hiring of Travis Ford @ Umass and Reggie Theus @ New Mexico State [a job that's better that it may sound as the university is moving to the wacky WAC and he is replacing a HoF coach].
