The Princeton Offense Invitational

The Princeton offense and its modified/sped-up derivatives are picking up momentum! Here are some places where the classic Princeton offense (or a faster version of it) are employed:

  • NC State (is this Sendek's last year?)
  • Vanderbilt (they played NC State in the 2004 NCAA tourney!)
  • Georgetown
  • Princeton
  • Air Force
  • Richmond

Perhaps someone needs to sponsor a new pre-season tournament: The Princeton Offense Invitational!

It looks like Georgetown did host and lost to Vanderbilt this weekend. Perhaps this is a good start towards a Princeton offense preseason tourney :-)

Thanks for the comment! It's certainly a good offense to facilitate teaching the fundamentals of the game and also teach thinking on the fly.
