But first, Nolan Richardson is out of consideration for Arkansas State. Is a bigger job opening that he is after? :)
And speaking of bigger jobs, the return of Lute could mean that Kevin O'Enforcer O'Neill may be listening to offers for other head coaching jobs. Probably not Oregon State as they already tried the Lute pixie dust by hiring one of his trusty assistants, Jay John. And if O'Neill is gone, it could be the return of Jay John as a U of Meercats assistant?
Well at least Davidson, Western Kentucky and Butler won today, so the bubble did not shrink-expand because of that - as far as bubble teams are concerned.
Don't forget the Big East "elimination game" tomorrow at noon eastern on ESPN, Syracuse vs Villanova. Then there's Providence vs West Virginia, followed by Cincy vs Pitt and Marquette vs Seton Hall to close the day.
Meanwhile Hansbro can just mail it now, his jersey will be retired at the end of his career at UNC. Wouldn't be surprised if Hansbro climbs with his bare hands and feet to hang his jersey on the new rafters ;-)
